Faceify Labs vs PreviewMD · Verified August 2026
A Faceify Labs alternative that keeps your market yours.
Faceify Labs runs an AI simulator with a long procedure list, and sells advertising on its own list of surgeons alongside it. PreviewMD puts the simulator on your website, gives your market to one practice, and sends every lead to the CRM you already use.
Faceify Labs
What is Faceify Labs?
Faceify Labs is a browser-based AI simulation platform for aesthetic practices, published by Formir Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company operating as Faceify Labs. It runs in a browser with no hardware, lists 85+ procedures in five languages, and gives a practice a widget to put on its own website.
They also run their own website for patients, with a list of surgeons on it. Part of what a plan buys is advertising on that list: days at the top of your city, sponsored spots on procedure pages, a banner on their home page. Those slots are limited and you book them on a calendar.
What Faceify Labs does well
They publish their pricing plainly, at a lower entry point than ours, monthly or annual at the same rate, with no contract and cancellation any time. Most of this category still hides its numbers behind a sales call, and Faceify does not. That is worth saying out loud.
Their procedure list is longer than ours and comes in five languages, and their basic simulation runs on the patient’s own phone rather than going anywhere. If you want the longest list, or you see patients in more than one language, that is real and we do not match it.
Where Faceify Labs falls short
You share that advertising with the surgeons near you. Their own pricing page says up to six practices in one city can book the top spot on the same day, first come first served. The practices taking those days are your competitors. Nothing they publish gives a market to one practice.
Their cheapest plan does not capture leads. That starts on the middle plan. The photo also leaves the patient’s phone for the realistic preview, which is the one a surgeon would actually show. Their privacy policy says a preview the patient saves is kept on their servers.
What Faceify Labs costs
Faceify Labs publishes its prices, so this section is short and quotable rather than a reconstruction. Everything below was read off their own pages on 2 September 2026.
Faceify Labs publishes $149 a month for one surgeon, $299 for two or three, and $499 for a clinic. Same rate monthly or annual, “no contracts,” “cancel anytime,” no setup fee. Their cheapest plan lists the website widget, a flow where patients pay them directly, and one day a month at the top of your city. Lead capture is listed from the middle plan up.
Faceify Labs pricing page (faceifylabs.com/pricing)The same page caps that top spot at “Max 3 Starter / 2 Pro / 1 Clinic per city per day,” booked “first come, first served,” with every advertising slot “subject to inventory availability.” Home page banners are capped separately at one per city.
Faceify Labs pricing page (faceifylabs.com/pricing)Their privacy policy says the basic simulation runs on the patient’s own phone. The realistic preview is different: the photo goes to their servers, and a preview the patient saves is kept there.
Faceify Labs privacy policy (faceifylabs.com/privacy)Their home page states 85+ procedures, five languages, simulation that runs on the patient’s own phone, and NVIDIA Inception Program membership. The footer names Formir Technologies Private Limited, operating as Faceify Labs.

PreviewMD
What is PreviewMD?
PreviewMD is an AI preview widget: a patient uploads one front-facing photo on your website and sees a photorealistic, anatomically correct before and after of their own face or figure about three to four minutes later. The facelift simulator and breast augmentation simulator are covered.
It installs as one script tag on any platform, under your branding. What makes it yours is the agreement behind it: one practice per market, so the widget is not something a competitor nearby can also buy.
What PreviewMD does well
Every plan captures a lead on every preview from the first day, and the contact details reach your own CRM before the patient sees the result, with the procedure attached. Delivery runs natively into GoHighLevel, a custom webhook, or Keragon.
Each procedure ships only after a double board certified plastic surgeon, more than three decades in practice, has corrected the model for it and his corrections stop. That makes for a shorter list, and it is the trade we chose.
Where PreviewMD falls short
PreviewMD costs more to start, covers fewer procedures, and runs in English only. If a longer procedure list or more languages is what decides it for your practice, Faceify Labs is the better fit, and we would rather you knew that here than find out later.
What PreviewMD costs
$249 per month for Starter with 150 previews included, $449 for Pro with 500, $999 for Elite with 1,200. Extra previews are a flat $1.00 each and the widget never shuts off mid-month. Annual billing is two months free. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, card up front, cancel anytime. No setup fee, no per-patient fee, no hardware.

How switching from Faceify Labs works
There is nothing to migrate. PreviewMD is one script tag on your website and works from single photos, so there is no capture history to move and no hardware to retire.
The 14-day trial is built to run alongside whatever you use today. Put the same photo through both and judge the output yourself, which is the only comparison that settles this one.
The market agreement is the part worth moving on. It covers one practice per market, so it is available until the practice down the road takes it.

Questions
The questions buyers ask.
Is PreviewMD a Faceify Labs alternative?
For a practice that wants an AI result preview on its own website under an exclusive market agreement, yes. PreviewMD renders a photorealistic preview from one photo, captures a lead on every plan from day one, delivers it into your own CRM, and contracts one practice per market. Faceify Labs runs a simulator with a longer procedure list, and also sells advertising on its own list of surgeons.
How much does Faceify Labs cost compared to PreviewMD?
Faceify Labs charges $149 a month for one surgeon, $299 for two or three, and $499 for a clinic, read on 2 September 2026. PreviewMD is $249 for Starter, $449 for Pro and $999 for Elite, with extra previews at a flat $1.00 and a 14-day trial. Faceify is cheaper to start. Their cheapest plan does not capture leads, and every PreviewMD plan does.
Can my competitors appear on Faceify Labs in my city?
Yes. They sell top placement on their own list of surgeons, and their pricing page says up to six practices in one city can book it on the same day, first come first served. PreviewMD works the other way. One practice per market, written into the agreement, so nobody nearby can buy it.
Does Faceify Labs store patient photos?
Their privacy policy says the basic simulation happens on the patient’s own phone. The realistic preview works differently: that photo goes to their servers, and a preview the patient saves is kept there. PreviewMD uses the photo to build the preview and then does not keep it, which is why there is no gallery of patient faces behind it.
Does Faceify Labs offer territory exclusivity?
Nothing they publish offers it. The top spot on their surgeon list is shared, capped per city per day rather than held for one practice. PreviewMD sells one practice per market and puts it in the agreement.
Can we run PreviewMD and Faceify Labs at the same time?
Technically yes, they are both a script on your site, and PreviewMD’s 14-day trial is built to run alongside whatever you use today so you can compare the output on the same photo. The exception is the market agreement: PreviewMD contracts one practice per market, so once that agreement is in place it is yours and not available to a competitor nearby.
