Questions
Pricing questions.
How much does PreviewMD cost?
$249/month (Starter), $449/month (Pro), or $999/month (Elite). Each tier includes a monthly preview allotment of 150, 500, and 1,200, and previews beyond it are $1.00 each. Annual billing is two months free: $2,490, $4,490, or $9,990 per year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan. You pick a tier, add a card, and the trial converts automatically at day 14. The widget keeps working the whole time; there’s no usage wall during the trial.
What happens if we use more previews than our plan includes?
Nothing breaks. Extra previews bill at a flat $1.00 each. The widget never shuts off mid-month, so a busy month is a good problem: more patients previewing results and becoming leads.
What’s included in every plan?
Every tier includes the website widget, in-consultation use, every live simulator, lead delivery to your practice, and analytics. Higher tiers add custom branding (Pro), and white label plus engagement trends and export (Elite). The full list is on the features page.
What does white label mean on the Elite plan?
The widget carries only your practice’s branding, with no PreviewMD name anywhere in the patient experience. Starter and Pro show a small Powered by PreviewMD mark.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees. Monthly plans are month-to-month; annual plans trade commitment for two months free. Territory exclusivity is the one exception: it’s an annual program quoted separately.
How does PreviewMD pricing compare to Crisalix?
PreviewMD publishes its full price list: $249-$999/month, everything self-serve. Crisalix pricing is quoted through its sales process and has historically involved per-simulation or per-seat components. The full breakdown is in PreviewMD vs Crisalix.
Do we pay per patient or per preview?
Per preview, and only past your included allotment. There’s no per-patient fee and no charge for leads. Those are the point.
What is territory exclusivity and what does it cost?
Territory exclusivity makes yours the only practice in your market with PreviewMD. It’s available only where the market is unoccupied, sold annually, and priced by market size on a call. Exclusivity never evicts an existing practice.
Can we cancel anytime?
Monthly plans, yes. Cancel from your billing screen and you keep access through the paid period. Annual plans run their term. No cancellation calls required.
