Integrations
Leads land in the systems you already run.
A patient asks for their preview and their details are on the way out before the render starts. Connect one destination or several, and each one gets the whole lead.
Connect what you already run.

How it connects →How delivery works
The same rules, whichever route you pick.
The moment it happens
Delivery fires as the lead is captured, before the render even starts. Nothing batches, and nothing waits for someone to press send.
Every destination, independently
Run as many as you like. Each one gets its own copy, so a destination going down never blocks the rest.
Nothing is stored
The photo is never stored, so it can never be passed on. What leaves is the name, the contact info and the procedure previewed.
Questions
What practices ask about delivery.
How do PreviewMD leads reach my system?
Three routes, and you can run more than one: a native GoHighLevel connection, a universal webhook that posts to any URL you control, and Keragon, whose directory lists 450+ healthcare systems. All of them are set up from your PreviewMD dashboard in a few minutes.
Do you connect to my EMR?
Directly if it can receive a webhook. Otherwise through Keragon, whose directory covers 450+ healthcare systems including the major plastic surgery EMRs.
When does the lead arrive?
As it is captured, before the render even starts. Nothing batches and nothing waits for somebody to press send.
What information is sent with each lead?
The patient’s name, their contact details and the procedure they previewed. The photo is never stored, so it can never be passed on.
Can I send leads to more than one place at once?
Yes, as many as you like. Each destination gets its own copy of the whole lead, so one going down never blocks the rest.
Do I need a developer?
Not for GoHighLevel or Keragon; both connect from your dashboard. A webhook needs somebody who can receive a JSON POST, which is usually whoever maintains your site or your automation platform.
What if the system I run is not listed?
The webhook posts the whole lead as JSON to any URL you control, which covers an EMR, an automation platform, or something built in-house.
Who holds the BAA when leads route through Keragon?
Your practice contracts with Keragon directly and holds that agreement. PreviewMD is not in the middle of it.
